I bought Olivia in September 2006 as a gift for Kira, but since her interest in BJDs has waned, and we have had significant medical expenses since then, we have decided to let her go.
She is in what I would consider to be pristine condition for a doll of this age -- she has primarily been stored in her box, so I'd describe her as having minimal yellowing.
Her original face-up is in excellent condition (I have double-checked her left cheek, and the dark spot that shows up in some pictures is a shadow), she has no wig staining, and the airbrushed blushing around the edge of her headcap is still present.
She does appear to have a tiny break in the paint near the tear duct of her right eye, although it's so subtle that I only picked it up on close examination.
She is currently on a 60cm Domuya FlexiBody, which is a good resin match. If a potential adopter is interested, I will be letting it go at a major discount ($125.)
Her 16mm Stormy Blue Ethereal Angels/Gumdrops urethane eyes are also available on request, for $60.
Note: These reference photos were taken today (June 7, 2014), and represent her color and condition to the best of my ability.
Price: $600.00 including domestic shipping only (for LJ peeps, negotiable — I’d take $500, frankly.)
I am happy to take layaway, but since I'm paying off a bunch of medical bills for my daughter, I can't make it longer than 2-3 months. All layaway payments are NONREFUNDABLE if the buyer defaults. I've done a number of layaway sales and have never yet had a problem, so I don't expect to run into one -- but in this case, I need to be 100% clear that refunds are not an option.
Shipping options: USPS Priority/Priority International with tracking and insurance.
I am happy to ship internationally, but cannot under-declare packages because that will not allow me to insure them fully. Insurance protects both of us in this transaction, so I regrettably cannot under-declare an item and risk not being able to fully reimburse you if it were lost. That happens very rarely, but it's happened to me (for a doll I was buying), and it was a nightmare -- so, full-value insurance is a must!
